Can I buy a membership and delay my start date?

Yes. The WAG Pass allows you to buy 3, 6, or 12-month subscriptions and redeem the Pass until a desired date in the future.

How long can I delay the start date?

There is no limit on when you can redeem this pass.

Is the WAG Pass refundable?

No. WAG Passes are not refundable. All WAG Pass purchases are final.

Can I still get HSA/FSA reimbursement if I purchase a WAG Pass?

You can get HSA/FSA reimbursement if you bought the WAG Pass for yourself. If you used a gifted WAG Pass or bought one as a gift for someone else, you cannot claim reimbursement.

Can I buy a WAG Pass if I’m already a WAG member?

Yes. After purchasing your WAG Pass enter your unique code in the Billing section of Seismic.

Can I use multiple ("stack") WAG Passes?

You can use multiple regular-priced WAG Passes. Use a WAG pass at sign-up and redeem additional passes on your Billing screen after you complete your intro. WAG Passes purchased during a sale cannot be stacked.

Why can't I see WAG Passes that are on sale?

Sale prices for the WAG Pass are only available for new WAG members.

Can I resubscribe to WAG using a Pass?

Yes. If your subscription has lapsed, can click the "Resubscribe" link button on the Subscription tab in Billing. This will walk you through the resubscribe process and allow you to enter new payment info and redeem your WAG Pass.

Can I use a WAG Pass for a Meal Plan or Coach Certification?

No. The WAG pass is only valid for WAG memberships. Learn more about Coach Certification payment plans here.
